Founder & Director
Hi, I'm Jett. I'm the Founder and Director of Build. I started Build because I believed disability support should truly listen to the people it serves — celebrate individuality, focus on strengths, and build services around the person, not the process.
Outside of Build, I'm big on spending time with the community, staying active, and catching up with friends. Working with this team every day is the best part of my week.
Program Lead
Hi, I'm Trinity. I run our programs — planning monthly activities, leading day options at the hub, and making sure every participant gets the most out of their time with us. Whether it's a beach day, a cooking class, or a trip to the Fringe, chances are I've had a hand in planning it.
What I love most is seeing participants try something new and realise they're better at it than they thought. That's what Build is about.
